Overview
I do not offer refunds for purchases or packages. If you received an item in The Kit that was defective, please reach out with a picture of the item and a description of the defect and I will replace it at my discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the connect page of our website.
Gifts
If The Kit was given as a gift and there was a defective item, please have the receiver reach out to me with a picture of the item and a description of the defect and I will replace the item that was defective at my discretion.
